Roll crust into a circle that is ⅛” thick. Freeze for 10 minutes. Center cutter on dough leaving a 2” edge. Press cutter firmly into dough then lift it gently. Remove pieces of dough from cutter and transfer dough onto pie and finish pie edges. We find rolling dough onto parchment paper and picking up with a Giant Spatula makes transferring decorated crust easier.
